| A number of humanitarian or medical non-profit, non-governmental organizations are in dire need of aerial transportation to deliver their charitable duty. Many however can not afford to charter aircraft and pilots or even run their own flight operation.
To carry out their humanitarian mission, organizations (non-profit NGOs) that qualify as flight-aid partners shall be supplied with the necessary flight service (i.e. aircraft and pilots).
The resulting costs shall be fully subsidized through flight-aid funds.
